When it comes to vehicle maintenance and repair, we prioritize a thorough and systematic approach to ensure the best outcomes for our customers. Here’s how our process works:

Vehicle Key
Key Drop

Key Drop

Once you drop off your key, the process begins. The key is attached to a clipboard, a repair order is written, and the initial vehicle assessment is started.

Initial Vehicle Assessment

Upon arrival at our shop, each vehicle undergoes a pre-scan check. This initial assessment helps our technicians identify any existing issues that may need attention before any work begins.

Customer Concerns and Technician Review

Your vehicle is then checked in, and we document your specific concerns about the vehicle. Our technicians review these concerns in detail, which may involve:

  • Examining printouts from diagnostic tests

  • Conducting test drives

  • Using lifts for thorough inspections

  • Connecting diagnostic equipment to test various systems

  • Tracing wires and components as needed

  • Checking Technical Service Bulletins (TSBs)

Communication and Approval Process

After assessing the vehicle, our technicians compile a comprehensive report of any safety or maintenance issues. This information is communicated to our front-of-house team, who will reach out to you via text or phone call to discuss the findings, available options, and associated costs.

Repair and Quality Assurance

If you approve the recommended repairs, we will order the necessary parts. Once they arrive, our technicians will complete the repairs and conduct tests to ensure that the original issues have been resolved.

Final Steps and Support

After the repairs are finished, your vehicle will be prepared for pick-up. We will notify you when it’s ready and arrange a convenient time for you to collect it. Additionally, we provide roadside assistance following repairs and offer a warranty for the services performed for added peace of mind.
