Ricky
Technician
Every member of the team at Gore Service & Repair is important, but we really couldn’t do without our Technician, Rick. He is the first one to arrive in the morning. He is always willing to go the extra mile for us & for you. He's full of ideas on how we can expand our services to serve you better. Don't let his quietness fool you, he definitely knows his stuff. When we can get him to take it in his off time he enjoys fishing, hunting & spending time with his son.
Kohen
Technician
Kohen started at Gore's in 2021 while in school at Lancaster Career & Technology Center. He continued his work part time, joining us full time when he graduated. Kohen left briefly in 2023 to pursue welding but rejoined the team in 2024. Kohen is another quiet tech but he's a hard worker. Anything that we need done Kohen will gladly do it. Our customers love him too. When he's not here he's your typical outdoor guy taking in time with friends & family, hunting, camping, fishing, going to concerts & riding his new snowmobile.
Josh
Owner/Service Manager/Technician
Josh truly is the jack of all trades at Gore's. He's been with the company since it started. He loves wiring & can trace them all day if given the chance. He also has welding experience & can get lost in it. While he's not the tech guy in the office, he can provide a great back up. He is gr8 with our customers providing service with a smile, even if the news isn't the best. When he's not giving you his best he's camping with his family & friends or fishing.
Cortley
Owner/Human Resources/Marketing/Book Keeping
After 3 years of being the behind the scenes person Cortley joined the team full time in January of 2026. She has continued to do what she did behind the scenes while adding much needed support in the office. If you've interacted with us online chances are it's Cortley. When she's not at Gore's she can be found camping & spending time with family & friends. She loves a good book & traveling.
Boss Man/VP/Manager in training
Just being cute
Boss Man, VP & our Manager in Training you will not see often at the shop but you will see in our advertising & sometimes out & about with their grandparents Josh & Cortley. When they are at the shop you can count on them to be making a mess, being noisy & creating chaos. They love watching our cameras & helping our techs. Boss man has been at this since the beginning & loves to see what he can make Cortley buy for the shop or helping Josh with fixing cars. He's teaching the other two the ins & outs.
Luke
Social Media
Our newest team member is Luke. He is a fun loving kinda guy who likes getting your car or truck back on the road safely. He'll be around to tell you tips & tricks as well as sales we run on social media. So keep your eyes peeled for Luke's videos. When he's not working for us Luke is your typical outdoorsy guy.
