Roadside Assistance
As a Federated Member any vehicle repaired with us comes with 365 days of roadside assistance. You just have to call 1-800-351-8438 & provide your invoice from us. You will stay with the vehicle & provide a credit card, then obtain reimbursement from Federated.

Every vehicle that comes in for inspection or an oil change is given a good look over every time. We do this through our DVI's & they are provided to the customer. This helps you to know what we see when looking over your vehicle. So you can preplan for any upcoming safety issues, wear issues, broken items, maintenance, etc. Just our way of helping you make informed decisions about your vehicle. Whether that is to continue to put miles on your vehicle while also preparing your budget or preparing to find another vehicle.

Loaner Cars
Need help with drop off? We can help there. We have some "beaters with heaters (& a/c)" as Josh likes to call them. They are not the prettiest cars & they have some other little issues but they will get you from point A to point B while we work on your car. There are only a couple at this time & they are 1st come 1st serve. There are some minor conditions (per our insurance) for the loan but if you need something to tide you over a day or two while we fix your vehicle, just let us know & we'll see what we can do.
If you have an email on file with us you will be invited to create an account for your vehicle online. So you can keep track of any work done on your vehicle. Can't locate that invoice from a few months ago? Unsure what was done or when your next service might be due? Think we recommended something but you can't remember what it was? These can be found with that online access. Register your email with our office today to get signed up.
